Be Angry and Do Not Sin (Ephesians 4)

God gave us emotions and feelings and also a way forward to process those emotions and feelings. As we deal with legitimate hurts and injustices we need to continue to represent him well and not take everything in to our own hands. God did not hold are wrongs against us. He saw justice and came and took care of that justice on our behalf. He is the just justifier. In our anger we still need to represent him right and well in these turbulent times.
