Romans, Part 7 (Rom. 1:24-2::11)

God delivered us in spite of us. Furthermore, He delivered us, not from ourselves or from Satan, but from Himself. God decided to give us mercy in spite of us, not because of us. And the cross is the perfect example of both God’s wrath and His mercy.
