Perspectives: Ours vs. God (Joshua 9)

At every stage of our life, we are prone to overvaluing our perspective of situations we encounter. This can have harmful consequences because when we race ahead, armed with only our own perceptions, we necessarily leave God behind. Pastor Derrick, through the story of the Gibeonites in Joshua 9, encourages us to not make the mistake of overvaluing our own perspective, but in all situations seek council from the Lord.
